Due to the pandemic and to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients and staff, Kalón By Kiesha is only scheduling services By Appointment Only.  

Kalón By Kiesha appreciates your business.  Since reservations are planned to allow the correct time for each treatment, it's important to be punctual.  Enough extra time is reserved so you can complete any necessary paperwork, change clothes and begin your experience without worries. However, we understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients. So that we can best serve all our clients, please be advised of the following policies that are to be honored: 

Cancellation  & Rescheduling Policy

Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, we have modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all our clients. We hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, we understand and request for you to please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. To further support you, there will be no penalties for cancellations at this time.


Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment. 

Arrival Time

Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you may still be charged the full cost of the service.

Late Arrivals

As previously mentioned, if you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your Esthetician will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your Esthetician and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Changing Your Appointment

24-hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment, except in cases of contagious illness as described below. 

Sickness of Family Emergency

Skin care and other esthetic services are not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness or condition, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel and reschedule your appointment for a later date.  If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived and there is no penalty or timeframe required in this case, for your safety and that of other clients.
