Who We're Looking For:

We welcome applicants from a wide range of integrative specialties, including but not limited to:

• Estheticians 
• Massage Therapists 
• Holistic Nutritionists or Wellness Coaches
• Reiki, Energy, or Breathwork Practitioners
• Mindfulness/Yoga Facilitators
• Herbalists or Ayurvedic Practitioners
• Clinical Counselors (part-time, licensed)

Position Details: 

• Position: Contract
• Compnesation: Commission-based, reflecting your experience and expertise 
• Training: Ongoing training and education opportunities 

General Responsibilities (Varies by Role):

• Deliver services in alignment with your professional license and scope of practice
• Provide individualized, integrative care to each client
• Educate clients on self-care practices that extend beyond the treatment room
• Maintain a clean, peaceful, and professional environment
• Uphold excellent documentation, safety, and ethical standards
• Engage in occasional team events, trainings, or workshops
• Collaborate with team members to support whole-client wellness

Qualifications: 

• Valid Licensure in OH (required). 
• Positive attitude and a team player. 
• Strong listening skills. 
• Knowledge of esthetic services and treatments. 
• Exceptional customer service skills and a compassionate demeanor. 
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written). 
• Well-organized and efficient 
• Passion for helping patients and providing great care. 
• Communicate with professionalism, honesty, and kindness.
