Position Details: 

• Position: Contract

Responsibilities: 

• Perform skin analyses and evaluations on clients. 
• Provide non-invasive or minimally invasive services and treatments, including but not limited to LED Light Therapy, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, chemical peels, high-frequency treatments, and more. 
• Conduct all services and treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, practice policies and procedures, and all other governing standards. 
• Educate clients on all treatment processes, including pre-and post-treatment care guidelines, and recommend products to enhance their procedures. 
• Have thorough knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products to appropriately develop client treatment plans. 
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and smooth flow of client care. 
• Accurate charting and clinical documentation of each client. 
• Sustain proficiency through continuous education and training. 
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve practice goals. 
• Perform all other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications: 

• Valid Esthetician License in OH (required). 
• Positive attitude and a team player. 
• Strong listening skills. 
• Knowledge of esthetic services and treatments. 
• 1+ years of esthetician experience preferred. 
• Exceptional customer service skills and a compassionate demeanor. 
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written). 
• Well-organized and efficient 
• Passion for helping patients and providing great care. 
• Communicate with professionalism, honesty, and kindness.
